Starting this year, San Mateo is transitioning to district elections from “at large” election.  There are 5 overall districts in San Mateo, and we are in District 1, which is the NW section of town. This means we will choose one representative for City Council instead of all five. Lisa Diaz Nash is running to be our first District 1 representative.
